Teacher Training As a faculty adviser to the Master Teacher Institute in Holocaust Education at the Allen and Joan Bildner Center for the Study of Jewish Life at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, I oversaw semester-long educational programs on the Holocaust for teachers. I also taught summer mini courses that introduced New Jersey public school teachers to Holocaust history.
Outside of a Formal Setting I facilitated discussions for academic programs run by the Auschwitz Jewish Center and the Museum of Jewish Heritage—A Living Memorial to the Holocaust: the U.S. Air Force Academy Externship Program and the Auschwitz Jewish Center Fellows Program.
At the Museum of Jewish Heritage, I led tours for a broad range of groups, including bilingual, special education, from religious schools, etc. In the context of the Museum's educational outreach, I led sessions on Jewish history and the Holocaust in middle and public schools in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
